Break Bedrock On Nether Roof

Currently in minecraft bedrock edition if you break through to the top of the nether you cannot build on top of the bedrock.

I ve done it before to get to and from the nether roof. I am unable to leave. Breaking bedrock is also useful if the player wants to fall into the void in the overworld or nether. Even with a light level of 0 the nether has a dim ambient light roughly equivalent to light level 8 in the overworld.

Please comment any ideas. There are a lot of methods and there are even some methods to get it to drop as an item in survival mode. The nether has no daylight cycle and no weather. In bedrock edition the build limit in the nether is 128 blocks despite it being 256 in all other dimensions.
